Great décor, and a beastly wood-fired oven. Italian pizzaiolo’s hand-kneading the dough, cooking 5 at a time. Monday–Wednesday they have a range of different deals, so we managed to secure a 2-4-1 for all attendees. The Pizza was truly Neapolitan; thick airy crusts covered in perfectly charred black spots, forming a beautifully sloppy centre. Ingredient wise, they generally used the finest ingredients such as San Marzano tomatoes and a fiery Nduja paste. However – it must be noted that the Vegan Cheese was very sub-par on the slice I managed to try. Overall, Baffi is a great place, almost as if you’ve stepped straight into Italy – exactly what you want from your local pizzeria!
